3.5 Gal. Stainless Steel Viton® Sprayer

The easy-to-change Viton® seals are throughout the pump and shut-off with a tank made from A-Grade AISI-304 stainless steel inside and out making this sprayer highly resistant to chemicals – no need for epoxy coatings. Features a 50-inch, synthetic rubber hose with nylon core for greater wear and chemical resistance against solvents and other harsh chemicals. Also a 24-inch brass wand and shut-off with a removable 5 psi check valve located at the end of the wand to prevent liquid from dripping out after shut off is released. The large, wide-mouthed opening is easy to fill; and the specially designed, four-prong locking mechanism seals the pump tightly against an internal O-ring. The S103E also offers a pull-button pressure release valve making it quick, easy, and safe to release internal pressure prior to opening the canister. Two brass flat fan nozzles (0.5 GPM angled at 95 Degree and 1 GPM angled at 110 Degree) included for multiple flow rates. Also accepts TeeJet® nozzles.

NOTE: Product may be used with solvent-based sealers and other concrete chemicals compatible with Viton® based elastomers. Clean with water or Xylene. Remove liquid from wand and hose. Remove pump after cleaning to ensure adequate drying. Do not use acetone-based chemicals – acetone will cause issues with seals and gaskets resulting in undesirable performance.
